🔹 Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or dispatched.
• We request customers to place orders only after confirming their requirement.
• If a cancellation request is accepted after dispatch, shipping / courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

🔹 Damaged / Defective Books (Replacement Policy)

We ensure strict quality checks; however, in rare cases:

• If you receive a book with damaged binding, misprint, missing pages, or major manufacturing defects, we will provide a free replacement.
• Issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery with proper proof (images / video).

After 5 days :

• ❌ Physical replacement will not be applicable
• ✅ Digital PDF Support (for missing pages / misprints) will be provided

🔹 Out of Stock Items

• In case any item becomes unavailable after order placement, it will be automatically removed from your order.
• A full refund for that item will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

🔹 Return After Delivery (Customer-Initiated)

• If you wish to return a product after delivery (for personal reasons):
  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
• After receiving and verifying the product, the remaining amount (after deducting courier charges) will be refunded.

⚖️ Important Notes (Legal Clarity)

• Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
• We reserve the right to decline claims in case of misuse or policy violation
